There's not a lot to know about ordering,
but here are some things I think you should know: |

| Q: I don’t have a PayPal
account. How can I order one of
your serigraphs? |
A:
PayPal
no
longer requires buyers to have an account.
After reviewing your order and clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout”,
you’ll
see the PayPal login page. On the left-hand side of your screen, above
the
credit card logos, you’ll see a paragraph the reads:
Don't have a
PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where
available).
Click the “Continue” link and follow the instructions
given. |

| Q: Why does it take 1 - 2
weeks to get my order? |
| A: I'm
setting a wide expectation. Most
likely you will get your order sooner. (I
try to ship within 3 – 5 days.) However, since I’m often in the studio
or out
on the road collecting images, I may not be checking my e-mail and
filling
orders on a daily basis. |

| Q: Do
I
have to provide my telephone number? |
| A: No, but
if I need to contact you about your order,
the issue can get resolved faster than playing e-mail tag! |

| Q:
What do you
do with my address, e-mail address, and phone
number? |
| A: I use
them solely to ship your orders, notify you
of shipments, or call you if something with your order needs to be
resolved.
Your privacy is as important as my own, so I don’t give or sell them
(or even show them) to anyone else. |
